U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Criminal Justice Program Support (CJPS) Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDIQ)
CJPS is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to support criminal justice sector development programs worldwide, providing advisors, other specialists, and life and mission support services. Awarded on April 26, 2012, the CJPS IDIQ has one base year with four option years and a total value of $10 billion across all providers. The BlueLaw Team was awarded the small business set aside award and competes with nine other service providers for task orders to support criminal justice sector development programs worldwide, subject matter experts, experienced consultants, and life and mission support.


U.S. Agency for International Development Rule of Law Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)
BlueLaw is a sub-contractor to East West Management Institute and Development Alternative International, Inc. in its misson to implement the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) programs around the world that respond to rule of law challenges and develop a culture of respect for human rights. Under the Rule of Law IQC, BlueLaw will provide long- and short-term technical assistance and capacity building in support of critical rule of law priorities, including order and security, legal institutions, checks and balances, fairness and human rights, and the effective application of the law.

U.S. Agency for International Development PEACE Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)
BlueLaw is a sub-contractor to Development Alternatives International, Inc. in its mission to implement the USAID’s Programming Effectively Against Conflict and Extremism (PEACE) five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The IQC was established to provide technical assistance, advisory services, training, and program implementation to support conflict prevention, management, mitigation, and recovery throughout the world. BlueLaw will provide short-term long-term subject matter experts to support DAI’s team.


U.S. Agency for International Development, Analytical Services III, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)
BlueLaw is a sub-contractor to International Resources Group (IRG), an L-3 Company on the Analytical Services III IQC. The Analytical Services III IQC provides analytical services and support to inform the design and implementation of USAID-funded democracy and governance (DG) strategies and programs. These programs will ensure that DG strategies, programs and activities, and monitoring and evaluation plans are based on in-depth, well-informed analysis, cutting-edge research, valid data and best practices in the field of democracy and governance.

North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) Support Services Contract (SSC)
BlueLaw is a sub-contractor to MCRI in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) Support Services Contract (SSC) Area 3 (Professional Administrative Support Services) multi-year IDIQ that was awarded in August 2015. NCIA requires expertise to augment current work and staff at various locations worldwide. BlueLaw provides subject matter experts in the following areas: rule of law, strategic planning and programming for the rule of law, assessments and evaluation experts, and other support personnel in IT and finance and project management.
